Can we visit your factory?
Yes, we warmly welcome factory visits. Please schedule an appointment at least 2 weeks in advance so we can arrange a proper tour. We will show you our production lines, quality control processes, and warehouse. We can also arrange airport pickup if needed.
What is the sample lead time and cost?
Sample lead time is 7-10 days for standard items and 10-15 days for customized samples. Sample cost varies by product, typically $50-$200. Sample fees are refundable against bulk orders over $5000.
What is your production lead time for bulk orders?
Standard production lead time is 15-20 days after sample approval. For orders over 50,000 pieces or during peak season (September-December), lead time may extend to 25-30 days. We recommend placing orders 2-3 months in advance.
Do you offer OEM/ODM services?
Yes, we provide full OEM/ODM services including custom design, printing, size, material, and packaging. Our in-house design team can help develop products based on your specifications or concepts at no extra design fee.
What payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment), L/C at sight for orders over $10,000, and Western Union for small orders. Payment terms can be negotiated for long-term partners with good credit history.
